Horgabost Campsite (or sometimes referred to as Traigh Horgabost Caravan Park) is a basic campsite located in a stunning beach location in the village of Horgabost on the West Coast of Harris. It is an ideal base from which to explore the island and is conveniently situated on the route of the Hebridean Way.
Facilities
Site Office will be manned Mon-Sat 13:00-18:00
Toilets– Separate Male and Female. 2 accessible toilets.
Showers – 2 shower cubicles with coin operated electric shower within each male and female toilet block. £1 for approximately 8mins.
Water- please bring your own hose
Wash up area- 2x deep sinks for washing up
Freezer – for icepack freezing only.
Fridge- for communal use. Site users must label and date food (labels provided). Unlabelled food will be removed.
Chemical Disposal point- coin operated. £3 per use.

Please note
No Wifi on site. 4G signal for EE and Vodafone users across most of the site.
No Electric Hook Up. A lot of our campers have used portable solar panels. These can be readily bought online. No generators allowed.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on the site.
They must be kept on a lead at all times while on the site.
Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in a bin.
We are in a rural location and you must not allow your dog to worry livestock. You must put your dog on a lead around livestock.
We advise you plan ahead when travelling to the Isle of Harris.
